Traditional - digital experience at the Center for the Promotion of Wine, Culture and Tourism

A stop above the vineyards, in the more than 500-year-old Banovina building, which today has been converted into a modern Center for the promotion of wines, culture and tourism, promises a blend of tradition and the latest technologies.

Don't expect rich tablecloths, crystal glasses and archival wines. Expect home-made cold cuts, a simple wine glass, from which the locals also drink daily, and the best wines of recent vintages from the surrounding vineyards. Get ready for a full experience of a real, everyday day in Virštanj, with local winemakers who will make the one-gastronomic experience worth five stars. With the help of state-of-the-art multimedia, you will see the vineyards turning green, the vines giving birth, picking grapes, smelling the must and learning about the four seasons of the vineyard through virtual reality.
