The castle offers 6 accommodations, 3 rooms, and 3 apartments in its interior, offering warmth and overflowing comfort, combining the benefits of a four-star accommodation with a mighty castle estate. In each of these capacities 2 persons can stay, only in the largest apartment also up to 5-member family. The accommodations are bright, spacious and offer all the comforts, the rooms are carefully furnished with solid oak furniture, while the kitchens offer all the necessary furnishings. The castle ambiance gives the final touch, both outside and inside the accommodation. All accommodations boast with a unique castle style, which is seasoned with a modern note. The winning view from each of the rooms or apartments is certainly the one that can only be offered by the intact nature of the Kozjanski park.

RECREATION AND EXPLORATION OF THE SURROUNDINGS

You can relax in unspoiled nature in the surroundings of the castle, as the Podsreda castle is located in the protected area of the Regional Park of Kozjansko. Go hiking along the castle trail to Podsreda and stop there for a beer or apple wine tasting, visit the Bistrica river, where beavers reside, or enjoy the view of the dry meadows where wild orchids grow. Take a look at the collection orchard with more than 100 varieties of fruit trees – including the famous apple trees of Kozjansko, and visit one of the few still functioning water mills and try their freshly baked homemade bread and much more – there is something to be found for everyone. If you like cycling more than walking, go out on a bike ride, namely, a famous bike path passes by the castle.
